Equine Nutritionist

Deborah is instrumental in the formulation of Equine America products and is heavily involved in their design and development. She has a Master's degree in Equine Science, is a Chartered Biologist and member of the Nutrition Society.

Technical Advisor

Kathryn, our in-house vet graduated from Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice specialising in Equine Practice. She has two young boys a Shetland and loves donkeys!

International Technical Advisor

Judi, from Northern Ireland, has a lifelong passion for horses, including riding and veterinary work. She focuses on optimizing performance horse nutrition and using it to support positive clinical outcomes. Judi spends much of her time in the UAE and travels globally to support equine
athletes.

Operations Manager

Nick joined Equine America in 2020 and has over seven years experience working with e-commerce stores and running digital campaigns. He is easily distracted by all the dogs in the office and loves winter walks with his favourite dog, Schnapps.

International Warehouse Manager

Rudi joined our team at the end of 2021 and not only does she make sure our UK orders go out smoothly, she helps to run our European HQ at Helmond making sure everything works smoothly out there too!

Logistics and Sales Manager

Esme began her Equine America career in the warehouse before moving into the office and is now instrumental in navigating us through an ever changing world. Esme uses her job to fund a mild shopping addiction!

Office Administrator

Elaine works on the admin side, processing order's and dealing with the everyday questions. She has worked at Equine America since the beginning. Outside of work, Elaine is keen on all equestrian disciplines but takes part in Carriage Driving events and enjoys travelling.

Emma has over 20 years of experience training and working with horses, including a notable role with the Royal Family in state and ceremonial duties. Originally from New Zealand, she moved to England 12 years ago and hasn't looked back, though she sometimes wonders why she left sunny beaches for rainy mornings.

Lily joined the team in 2022 and plays a vital role between our UK and EU offices. She travels to our warehouse in Helmond frequently to oversee operations in the EU.

Pieter started working at Equine America in 2021 and has more than 15 years' experience as a show jumping rider. Besides riding, he loves to spend time at restaurants and take part in indoor football competitions.

Steve is our singing salesman and is always happy to speak with new customers. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and trying to improve his golf handicap. He is also the proud winner of the Three Chili Challenge and resident Bacon Chef!

Perry has been a professional show jumping rider and trainer for more than thirty years. In that time, he has won hundreds of national and international classes. You will find him at shows up and down the country.

Sales and Marketing assistant

Lucy's unique background brings fresh perspective to the business area after 2 decades working in professional show jumping stables. She's now focusing her career on supporting Marketing and Sales.

International Marketing Manager

Victoria first joined the company in 2019. One of the least horsey members of the team, she brings with her many years marketing experience and is also heavily involved in the operational side of the business, especially in Europe and other growing markets.

Designer

A recent photography graduate, Becky is our go to for all things creative! Watch out for her designs on everything from our packaging to social posts! She is often armed with her camera so make sure to be photo-ready!

Digital Marketing Executive

A new addition to the team, Ashleigh has a wealth of experience working with animals and marketing for pet based industries in the past. She loves nothing more than her three dogs and being around horses!

Book Keeper

Cheryl started here in 2023 and oversees purchases, expenses, invoices and payments. She has 2 cats, a love for riding horses in her free time when she is not hiking or travelling.

Beccy joined Equine America at the same time as Lee and has always been heavily involved in the horse world. When she is not in the office she will be out riding and can often be found up and down the country competing.

Alex joined Equine America in 2024, his responsibilities include Financial Reporting, Tax compliance and Budgeting. Aside from having fun on spreadsheets, he spends much of his free time watching live music or playing tennis.
